But as of this posting, the latest comes via the NOSE (AKA Tatler), who basically thinks all the litigation adds up to war; he sees the Blackboard patent dispute as part of a larger IP question. But now reading the Socrates patent I am scared. They seem to talk about learning in a dialogue and many other methods of learning that really make sense. I am out of business.</description>
