Their response time and courtesy is impressive, and I wish they'd take over a few retail establishments I frequent.</description>

		<description>I had a similarly wonderful response from SlideShare one evening when I was unable to load some PPT slides. I sent a message to the help desk, and voila, had an answer within an hour or so, telling me there site was done and would be up soon. In addition, one SlideShare I created of my son's graduation from Harvard Business School had so many viewers (unbeknownst to me) that SlideShare sent me an email telling me I was the SlideShare of the Week. Unbelieveable attention to non-paying customers!!!!!</description>
