what you’re seeing is the baseline Google traffic becoming visible when your “regulars” have already seen all of the latest content here. Like you said, once you start posting again (2 in one day so far ;-) the regulars’ll all come back to check it out.

that’s the beauty of RSS. You can go traveling the world, dropping off grid, and when you return your faithful readers are here waiting for you.

I too enjoyed the flickr coverage. :-)

And the stats seem to indicate your fans have real lives and do non-RSS stuff on weekends, but look forward to cogdogblog Mondays. ;-)
