		<description>They are not editing your photos, they want to be able to edit/add to the &quot;machine tags&quot; associated with the photos. Right on the page before you go to authorize on flickr it says, 

&quot;We ask for &#039;write&#039; permissions for your photos so that if you turn on the writing of machine tags in your account settings, then we have permission to do so. Don&#039;t worry — we won&#039;t touch your photos without your explicit permission.&quot;

I agree it is a a matter trust and the noticin.gs people got bit by a pack of hyenas and went stark raving mad, they could modify your photos, but.... well its your call of course.</description>

But it made me a little wary when I read that by agreeing, Noticin.gs could &quot;Upload, Edit, and Replace photos and videos in your account.&quot; I&#039;m not sure I want someone to be able to do that to my account. Thanks for telling about this and I will be watching it closely.</description>
