Hello flickr explore, it’s been a while….

Perhaps you were hungry

The thing is there’s not a whole lot to say about the photo. It’s a pie. It’s the first home made apple pie of 2017, as my tree has a pretty good amount of fruit on it.

The recipe is not a family secret, unless somehow I am now in the Pilsbury family.

But when I took the pie out to cool off, naturally it seem right to take a photo. This was shot atop my black top stove with my iPhone 6S, some overhead light. It’s more or less a snapshot.

It does look good, and it is tasty too. And bonus? It’s sugar free.

With explore there’s been a nice steady stream of likes and comments, and the photo is up to 3400 views.

But there are only 3 slices of pie left!

Inside the Photo – Barking Dog Studio is the part of my photo gallery site where, on selected photos I write about what went into creating the image, sort of like a DVD extra.

  1. It may have had something to do with the last couple of Game of Thrones episodes. There were some pretty gross scenes that had cutaways to food. Like pie.
