My CoolIris Examples
- The More Things Change… The more things change (Scottsdale Community College, February 2009)
- Say/Blog It in Pictures (Northern Voice Conference, Vancouver, February 2009)

The Basics
- Organize media- full sized JPG/PNG images (~1024px wide) and thumbnails (~240px wide). Video must by FLV; 480x360 is ok.
- Create basic file structure- directory for images ("bigs"), thumbnails ("thumbs"), video ("video"), index.html and show.rss
- Create MediaRSS file (show.rss) - see example
- Add crossdomain.xml to root level of web server
- Embed in your own web page - see example
- Upload to web server to test (running locally in web browser requires change in Adobe Flash Settings).
