I’m late to note that earlier this month, February 10 marked the 22nd year since flickr launched. You can ask your favorite chat thing “when was flickr launched” and the answer will spit out as February 10, 2004, but its just grabbing that from Wikipedia. Big trick.

Doing some date calculation (sans AI), that means flickr was put out there 8054 days ago.

My first flickr photo was pasted March 30, 2004, so I was late to the game. It was a scan of a print photo I took from a camp trip on the Reavis Trail in the Superstition Wilderness Area, east of Phoenix. The photo is a whopping resolution of 500 x 375 pixels.

That means I come in at 8005 days since I found flickr, or 75,352 photos later, I have been there for 99.3916% of its history. My love is as strong as my post on its 20th birthday, so need to recycle.

On February 10 this year, my pick of a fave photo was some frozen patterns from te tractor tires. To me, they looked a bit like HTML brackets. For those who ever see them anymore.

I still love ya, Flickr.

That’s about all I have to say. Oh, I have a bunch of daily photos to catch up before February clkocks me out.

Thanks for all the fish, Flickr!
