Ultimate, penultimate, ultra-ultimate… we found the holy grail at Blue Water Seafood in San Diego. Brian and I celebrated the fruits of our presentation labor here with fabulously fresh swordfish and mahi-mahi tacos.

    Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the fish tacos I once had when I lived in San Diego. Fortunately, my husband and I figured out what the “white sauce” is! 3 parts yogurt, 1 part mayo, 1 part salsa. mmmmm
