I blame the iTunes shuffle which spun me through Carly Simon.
I was working away on other stuff, thinking in the back of my mind about all the friends and colleagues getting ready to wake up for the first day of OERR17.
Boom.

A quick dash for tabs, chords not bad, the second one even better with a suggestion to move capo to fret 2. Grab the lyrics. Pretty easy to redo them, 10 minutes. Run through twice, fix a few words.
I started doing an audio test, but just kept going, so this is a one take recording.

Second isn’t bad!
You really know how to make a man’s day. So awesome, and can’t say I disagree with any of it. But now I have to blog! Although, who is this #NOBODY guy, I have a feeling he is getting all the credit 🙂
Also, I don’t think that whole second best is in keeping with the spirit of the song, or even truth 🙂
