Twitter Quote: Email Sig Sighting

Even after all these years, and all the spam and phlaff that arrives in my inbox, when i am reading mail form colleagues, I do take note of what is hanging in their sig (signature).

In some sense, you might argue it is a very low tech ‘avatar’, it is some array of text we choose to represent our selves – contact info, symbols (anyone remember ascii art?), quotations, etc.

So today I spotted in a colleagues message, the first quote I have seen attributed to a tweet (something twittered, c’mon get with it… Woah, the noun tweet is yet to grace WikiPedia!).

Okay, here is the gem:

“I start things, but I never” — D. Stahl (Twitter)

I don’t know who “D.” is but he/she is clever. Quote that.
