People doing Bryan Alexander’s Blog Along Book Club reading of We Make the Road by Walking are already done chapter 3! I just made it to the end of the second one, but there was soemthing that jumped out at me towards the end, and that’s always something to pay attention to. (note: I am […]
I’m just emerging out of the internet hole. Stand back, this is Yet Another Post Laden With Nostalgia and a rally for self documentation. Feel free to go back to stroking through social media. It started with a silly tweet. Meaningless. Just word play. It's a fact that there are no facts. — Alan Levine […]
This web exhibit centering on the tragic story of Teena Brandon was commissioned by the Guggenheim Museum a year before Brandon’s story was popularized in the movie Boys Don’t Cry
Even before knowing what the book was about, the title of “We Make the Road by Walking” (being run now by as a Bryan Alexander dispersed book club) intrigued me by its rich metaphor title. Sidebar: I’ll be tagging these posts hortonfreire after twitter hashtag of same name When I get to teach students who […]

As told in the story from Albuquerque TV station KOB4: Stunning images of Albuquerque and surrounding areas aren’t hard to come by, […]

We have a new community area for people interested in talking about the certification project. Creative Commons recently announced the opening of their new real time conversation place on Slack. It’s quite active and a bit easier to use then the existing IRC channel (though if you love IRC, the two spaces are now connected). […]
